The 10th Annual Running of the Bulls 5k will be held Saturday, January 23, 2027!
Please join us this winter to celebrate 10 YEARS of The Running of the Bulls 5k! Our amazing community has helped us grow this event bigger and bigger every year, and we cannot wait to see how you show up even bigger for year 10!

The Running of the Bulls 5k is hosted at Bloomingdale High School and participants are welcome to run or walk this timed race. Participants will receive a race shirt, a bib, and a bag of goodies from our sponsors. Finishers will receive a medal. We also hold a fun, untimed ½ mile run/walk on the track. Half mile participants receive a medal but do not receive a shirt or bib.
Our race supports Bloomingdale High School students through sponsoring the Bloomingdale Rajun’ Bull Band and two scholarships for Bloomingdale High School seniors. This is an event that so many look forward to each year, and we can't wait to see you!
