This is the official website made available for members, families, and the community.
Calling all Bloomingdale Bulls supporters! Family, friends, alumni, current staff members and students - we need your help! We are rallying together to support the Bloomingdale Rajun' Bull Marching Band and BEAT NEWSOME!

This year for the first time ever we are using our school rivalry to support our bands! The Rhythm Rally is a fundraising competition between Bloomingdale and Newsome that takes place from August 1 through August 31st.
We will also be performing together on the field at the Bloomingdale-Newsome game at halftime on August 23. We would love to see you there! After conclusion of the Rhythm Rally competition, the band that raised the most money will have bragging rights and a trophy for the year that the opposing band director will present.

BSHS Auditorium Renaming & Revitalization
On November 14, 2023, the Hillsborough County School Board unanimously approved the naming of Bloomingdale Senior High School’s auditorium to the ‘Sutherland Hall for Performing Arts' in memory of Beverly "Bev" Sutherland.

The School district of Hillsborough County is appropriating funds for improvements to our auditorium to coincide with the new naming. Upon the completion of these improvements, an official dedication of Sutherland Hall will be held to mark the future of the performing arts at BSHS, highlight the refreshed hall and, of course, the legacy of Bev Sutherland.
